Outsourcing Transformation Program
Following a successful bid to outsource telecommunications services, Caravel was engaged to deliver the transformation program to convert existing solutions to the successful outsource solutions. The work was separated into portfolios, programs and projects covering Call Centres, Voice projects, EFTPOS, Internet, Video and RAS projects. The portfolios and programs of works were managed using a purpose built PMO. Caravel led the day to day management of the project managers, risk management, resource management, budget management, liaison with the outsource client and negotiating contracts with suppliers. The transformation program was successfully delivered.

Multi-Channel Contact Centre Consultancy
The client had an existing multi-channel contact centre for some aspects of their business and had an idea to extend this to cover all of their activities. Caravel was engaged to establish if there was a business case for a whole of business multi-channel contact centre. Caravel conducted a review and delivered a report and recommendation to the client based on the review.
