This includes a wide variety of specialist service providers, e.g. for cultural change activities that address cultural problems arising from bullying or sexual harassment, for example.
We discuss our choice of provider with you before we retain their services.
Supply network
Caravel's wider supply network assists the company with our back-end human resource requirements. This allows us to reach across the world if necessary.
In Australia, for instance, Caravel® is an approved employer under the 457 visa scheme. With this accreditation, we can fast-track international placements and are in a good position to source talent globally for our clients’ benefit.
